The Smart Moderation Center was created to transform phpBB moderation into a truly operational workflow.

Instead of relying solely on shortcuts scattered throughout the MCP, this extension gathers everything the team needs into a single dashboard to work with more context, priority, and productivity.

• Unified Report Queue
  Centralizes open reports into an operational queue with priority, status, assignment, and quick actions.
• Unanswered Topics
  Helps identify topics that are waiting for the team's attention.
• Hot Topics
  Highlights topics with high activity to facilitate quick intervention before situations escalate.
• Problematic Users
  Shows users flagged for attention, such as those with open reports or warnings, with a dedicated operational view.
• Quick Actions per Item
  Allows executing actions directly within the dashboard without excessive navigation.
• Bulk Actions
  Facilitates the team's work on multiple items simultaneously.
• Operational Assignment
  Items can be claimed, assigned to moderators, and tracked within the internal workflow.
• Internal Notes
  Each item can receive internal observations from the team.
• Operational History
  Logs actions such as assignment, review, resolution, and relevant internal changes.

  Each report or topic can be opened in a dedicated view with context, history, internal notes, and quick actions.

  A separate queue for handled items, including support for reopening and operational restoration.

  Items can be tracked by priority and operational state, including delays.

  Filters by forum, priority, moderator, delay, and other criteria to facilitate sorting.
