Nova extensão de doação via PayPal

Adicionamos ao fórum uma extensão simples e discreta para doações via PayPal.

Com ela, o administrador pode configurar o e-mail da conta PayPal pelo ACP, definir a moeda e exibir um pequeno botão de doação no rodapé do fórum. O objetivo é oferecer uma forma rápida e prática de apoiar a comunidade.

Esta extensão foi criada com foco no minimalismo, sem exibir total arrecadado e sem sistema de conquistas, mantendo o visual limpo e integrado ao fórum.
