Introducing the new HelpDesk Knowledge Base, an extension designed to transform phpBB into a more modern, practical, and organized help center.

More than just a simple article base, HelpDesk Knowledge Base was built to work both as a standalone solution and in direct integration with Help Desk, helping users find answers before they even open a ticket.
