SimpleDown is an extension for phpBB 3.3 that offers a simplified and efficient system for file distribution. With a focus on usability and security, it allows you to manage downloads directly through the Administration Control Panel (ACP).

Features

Requirements

• phpBB: 3.3.0 or higher.
• PHP: 7.1 or higher.

Installation

1. Download the latest version from the repository.
2. On your server, navigate to the

   Código: Selecionar todos

   ext/

   folder of your forum installation.
3. Create the directory

   Código: Selecionar todos

   mundophpbb/simpledown

   (if it does not already exist).
4. Copy the entire content of the repository to

   Código: Selecionar todos

   ext/mundophpbb/simpledown/

   .
5. Go to the Administration Control Panel (ACP) > Customize > Manage Extensions.
6. Locate Simple Download in the list and click Enable.
7. Automatic Topic Creation: Create a dedicated forum, select it in the ACP, and a presentation topic will be generated automatically!
8. Download Logs: Monitor how your download files are performing.

Supported File Extensions
SimpleDown supports a wide range of formats, including:

• Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT.
• Compressed: ZIP, RAR, 7Z.
• Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG.
• Media: MP3, WAV, OGG, MP4, AVI, MKV, MOV.
